“I got the 500ml and it fits more in that it looks like it would, keeps your food cold for hours, I'm yet to put anything hot in it.”

“The SHO food flask is a great size tor the kids to take hot, home cooked food to school with them. Their lunches are still hot and come back empty every time. Colour choice is great too, something for everyone!”
