“The concept and the look of the flask are great. I have found that although following the instructions of putting boiling water in for 10 minutes to heat the flask then heating the food more than you ordinarily would so that it keeps is temperature is not really working. 5 hours later at lunch the food is just warm.”

“Tested this with putting very hot soup into my new SHO flask. Within 5 hours the soup was cold I was bigging this up saying that i am getting one. I quickly told them never to get one after they all showed interest. An awful purchase unfortunately for me”
