“Very dissapponted. Have followed instructions but does not keep food warm. Bought specifically for my son and packed lunch but food cold! Certainly does not keep food warm for 10 hours. Not even 4. I have emailed Sho but have yet to have a response.”

“I purchased the food flask and water bottle. Firstly the food flask is perfect and keeps my food piping hot. Just make sure you fill it up with boiled water and leave it sealed for ten mins to warm up the flask , empty and then add your food and it will stay hot and fresh all day. I found the more the flask is full with food the better it retained the heat. Perfect for porridges , soups etc. The lid has a cute sport and can be used to store condiments such as seasoning like salt and pepper in the little compartments”
