I can see that you've been in contact with our customer service team regarding your Food Flask. As explained in their response, the Food Flask does need to be filled to capacity for it to work its best. I can see that you have not been completely filling it so it's not been keeping your food hot for the 10 hours advertised. Apologies for any misunderstanding here.
Unfortunately, as you have used your Food Flask, we are unable to accept it back for a refund due to hygiene reasons.
