“The flask keeps food warm, the folding spoon is handy and some great colours I leave the house by 7 and often don’t each lunch until 1.30. My food is kept warm, not piping hot, but warm enough to enjoy”

“I've had a few other brands of food flasks in the past but the sho 1 is the best by far, I never have to worry about not having a hot meal when I have it with me.”

“Love it, love it, love it! The colour is gorgeous, great quality and very efficient. It kept my porridge warm for hours. My daughter also took some spaghetti bolognaese to school in it and it remained hot. It's not cheap but worth the price.”

“800ml food flask....way too big and heavy just alone, without food. Not good for travel unless you have a super huge handbag too. Looking to resell as sho doesn't provide free returns”
