Amazing service. I recieved my order really quickly and my SHO tumblers are fantastic the design on the 350ml tumbler is absolutely beautiful and I just wish they did it on the 500ml tumbler. They both keep my drink hot for hours. I can't recommend them enough.

Hey Donna, Thanks so much for your lovely review :) It's so great to hear that you're loving the Leopard Print! I can certainly let our design team know that you're like this in the Pacto too. They're always working on something new so it may be a possibility in the future :) If there is ever anything we can do for you, please pop us an email over to support@shoreusable.com. Have a lovely day, Ellie

Really loving looking cup.. Very disappointed though.. You have to wait at least 20 minutes before putting the slider lid on as the temp has to be below 60 degrees, the average kettle boils around 100 degrees.. If you put the lid on too soon the steam pushes the lid up making it unsafe.. The customer service advised me to screw the lid on even though there isn’t anything on the inside of the cup for it to screw onto, not to mention when screwing it on the steam scalds your hand.. If it worked it would be something but the steam still pushes the lid up.. Feel like it is mis-sold as one of the advertisement pictures shows someone filling it up from a kettle.. Defeats the purpose of the cup really.. Recommend temp for tea is between a range which is at least 15 degrees hotter than when you can put the lid on..

Hi there, Thanks for your review and for your feedback! I'm sorry to hear that the Calix wasn't what you were expecting. Unfortunately, the steam from higher temperatures can cause the lid to lift a little which can then lead to leaking. We'd recommend either leaving the lid off until your drinks have cooled slightly or leave the slider open to act as a steam release to prevent this if you're intending on using boiling hot water inside the cup. This advice is available in our FAQ section, on the underside of the Slider Lid, and on the instructions card that comes with the product. To help secure the lid and to prevent any damage to the seal, we do recommend a "push down and then twist" method. This will help the seal grip the cup and ensure a secure fit. Unfortunately, the Calix does not have a thread so we're unable to release a 100% leak proof lid for them at the moment. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. If you have any questions or need additional help, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Best wishes, Ellie
