“Looks great, just not up to the job, no matter what tips i follow, pre heat, fill to top, drinks dont stay hot, warm after 2-3 hours, disappointed.”

“I love the look and durable feel of the cup. It does keep your drink warm but my reason for the 3 stars is because the lid isn't screwed on. When I went on a trip out, I placed my cup in the side pouch of my back pack, unfortunately the bag slouched when on a table and the lid popped off, spilling the boiling contents all over the table, me and my bag. What a mess and very dangerous too. I really think the design of the lid needs to be altered to screw lid, especially when holding hot drinks. Its a shame because the cup itself is lovely in the black leopard print.”

“I love the interchangeable lids that come with this cup. A black lid for the hot drinks and a sleek silver one with a straw for the cold drinks. They have a really good seal too”
