“A good solid jar, nice to hold and doesn't feel uncomfortable to touch with hot liquids. However, I dislike that there is no 'lid'. The lip/mouth part is always open so unless you carry it upright at all times, it can spill. Keeps contents hot for about an hour, warm for two hours or so but I think if you could close the lip/mouth, it would stay hot a lot longer.”

“Bought this to use while I wild camp in the winter, all my other cups let my coffee go cold in a matter of minutes, I actually got fed up of waiting for my coffee to cook in this one and added a drop of cold water haha.. excellent cup though, really surprised me with it’s ability to hold heat”

“Not only does it look pretty (even better in person btw) but when I went back to my tea after 7 hours it was still warm! Yes it takes me that long to actually get a chance to finish my tea so I'm so. Glad I now have something that genuinely keeps it warm!”

“I like the pattern but the metal lid gets very hot and I’ve burnt my lip on it. It’s unusable”

“Beautiful designs work well. Haven't used the flask as it's a Christmas present. Only issue is that it would be nice to have a closing lid on the cup as standard. It may keep the drink warm longer and enable it to be carried as a travel mug.”

“Fantastic product. Great range of designs and options. First brand of travel cup (Calix) I've bought that lives up to claims that it will keep hot drinks hot for 6+ hours.”
