Unfortunately, the Calix is not 100% leak proof so some leaking from the slider is to be expected. especially when the cup is tipped up. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“I have the Sho Calix. I do like the style and colour of the cup. It keeps my tea nice and hot for a good period of time. My one criticism (which is why I didn’t give 5 stars) is the lid. It is impossible to clean it properly as the slider does not come off and so you cannot clean underneath properly. Cleaning advise is to rinse and use bicarbonate to soak but as tea stains it really could use a good scrub underneath to prevent a build up, which is just not possible.”
