“I didn’t realise the lid wasn’t sealable and it gets very hot so needs to be removed to drink my hot tea... I wish there was an option to seal the lid so you could put it in your bag - that isn’t clear from description”

“Product was attractively designed, but the large cup I bought was merely a means of keeping a drink warm, rather than a practical transportable, watertight thermo cup. No good for what I needed.”

“Burnt my mouth using this first time and drinking holes do not close so can spill but overall a great piece of kit, well made and keeps drinks very hot. I will be using for cool drinks!”
