“My SHO Calix mug arrived safely after whirling around in the postal system a few extra days.
I am very pleased with it as my drink stays hot. I've sometimes ended up drinking it 4 hours into my shift and it's still a lovely temperature.
The only issue I have is the lid. As I can't fit it into the cup holder of the ambulance, I have to put it in the door. Due to it having an angle in it the liquid comes out of the holes in the lid. I also on occasion forget and hold it at an angle and liquid comes out. If there is a way of upgrading the lid so it can be carried on the move I.e. in an ambulance would be amazing and I'd then give a 5 star rating”
