“Lid gets hot and burns your lips, they suggest you make the drink three hours before wanting it (they actually advised this). Save the money and stress and go elsewhere”

“Bought a Calix. Looks lovely, nice size . Lid is very difficult to take off and put on. Disappointed that the lid is not closable (ie drinking holes do not close), so cannot carry my drink in my bag. Ok for work use, but just as well use a mug.”
