“This was a replacement top for a bottle I bought in 2020. The only snag was that the tiny rubber gasket in the lid went missing, making the bottle leak, so I had to buy this new lid. I had a similar problem with the ordinary metal top for the same bottle. My children lost the gaskets, rendering them useless. It’d be great if these small parts were available, from a sustainability point of view. Apart from this, I love your products and the customer service. Thank you.”

“I bought new drink bottles for the grandchildren for school but I don’t know about the new school rule about having a drinking spout on them so bought these to fit which they do perfectly.”
