“I bought 2 of these for each water bottle I bought and 1 was too big to fit the bottle. I had to cut it down to size. Not a problem really, just a bit annoying!”
“Wrong colour sent out. Unable to return as high cost in postage virtually same as the lid. Company unable to support with a solution and don’t have the correct colour in to send out anyway. Lured into an extra when buying the bottle in the 1st instance that wasn’t available so beware !”
“Unfortunately I wish I’d never bought the extra straw lids for each of the 4 bottles I purchased, as not only my girls but also myself, struggled to drink from them - you have to really pull hard for the water to flow up and my 2 and 5 year old really struggle. I got advices to make sure the straw was in the correct position and it is and still we all struggle. So don’t buy the straws; waste of money in my opinion and I would not recommend.”
