“I have many of your products which I love. However I recently bought some straws, two of which were for the 500ml original bottles, I have only used one and I cannot get any suction from it, I have checked that it is pushed onto the plastic part correctly, check for splits but still unable to drink from it. I cannot see what is wrong with it even after comparing with my other three straws that are the same which I have had for approx a year now.”

“Straw is a bit long so needs cutting down or doesn't work effectively but this is easy enough to do”

“Straw was faulty and with correspondence by email n one has taken around 3 weeks to resolve and so my grandson hasn't been able to use his bottle.”

“Does not work! When fully open air just comes through, need to have the straw slightly closes for it to work which is not the easiest to use! Waste of money as end up just taking it off!”
