“I understand that I should have thought about some of the issues that I have with my bottle before buying it. I find it’s incredibly heavy so it’s not practical for walking around. I found it almost impossible to walk and drink from my bottle due to the weight and the fact the bottle is hard to hold if you have small hands. I find it’s quite smooth so hard to grip unless your whole hand can fit around the bottle. It also had a very metallic taste even after I washed it so (after I was told I couldn’t return) I soaked it in boiling water which has dulled the taste.
I used my bottle once to try it and didn’t like it for the reasons above. I wrote to SHO and asked if I could return it, but was told no because I had tried it, but I don’t understand how I can see how practical it is if I didn’t try it?
I will say though that it does what it claims and water stayed both hot (I soaked it) and cold when containing liquid.”
