“I have 3 bottles myself and am amazed by how good they are, they keep drinks cold or hot for at least the time specified, being so impressed I bought one for my friend who like me takes medication that leaves her mouth very dry and anyone who has suffered like this knows how unpleasant it is. Now both myself and my friend don’t suffer from a dry mouth anymore thanks to our SHO bottles. Not only am I more than satisfied with the products I am also impressed by the company staff and their attitude to provide customers with service that is second to none, I also enjoy the video reports, they are always light hearted and fun to watch. Thank you all at SHO for being one of the best companies I have ever come across!”

“Really prompt efficient delivery, and really good customer service as I had forgotten to use a Black Friday discount code on placing my order, they happily responded to my email and refunded me the discount. As for the product itself, the 2.0 is a definite improvement on an already very good product, the new powder coating feels great to the touch and appears so far to be really durable. Only really used my bottle for cold drinking water and it certainly does what is says on the tin, water is kept cold for 24 hours. Would happily recommend this company and products to others”

“Great product, excellent communication and super service from company. Product is excellent. Got one to keep in handbag, one in the car and one at work, bought my husband one to keep in his van. “LOVE this bottle! Perfect size for my needs and a beautiful colour. Wish you did the Fortis in Very Berry too (I have it in pink). I’ve bought quite a few SHO products now and I’m really impressed with the service and quality. I’m quite poorly and I’m often out at the hospital for over 12hours. It’s great to be able to have a hot cup of tea to hand at all times when you can’t escape to the coffee shop or miss the tea trolley coming round! I’ve even started filling it with tea before I go to sleep so that I can have a cuppa when I wake up without even getting out of bed!!! It stays hot for well over 12hours. In fact one day I realised I hadn’t drunk it all and it was still hot (yes hot, not luke warm) 16hours later! I use the carabiner to clip it onto my bag so that it doesn’t take up space. Thanks!”
