“Absolutely brilliant, as all the other items I've purchased. Came quickly and packaged nicely. Great company, great product. Although we now have 6 bottles between 2 of us (4 being mine! Lolz!) We will be likely to purchase again, either for ourselves or as gifts for others.”

“Here is a quote from an email sent to me from SHO..... "I wholeheartedly guarantee that we will find a positive resolution to any issues you have experienced with our products." However, because I rinsed out my bottle as instructed on their instructions, they refused to take it back, even though the finish on the bottle was irritating me. IT HAD ONLY HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF WATER IN IT!! I ended up having to keep it, so I had to give it away to someone else. The product itself is adequate, they say it is leakproof, but it's not 100%. There have been minor leaks, but not enough to overly worry about, but this along with the poor customer service, just means I can only rate my experience as "POOR". I did however, order another one as a gift for someone else (they asked for one), who seemed impressed with it. All I can say is, don't believe their worthless guarantees.”
