“Very pleased with my bottle. Lovely quality and style, have had lots of positive comments from work colleagues. Haven’t tried it with hot drinks as yet but definitely keeps drinks refreshingly cold all day. Would definitely recommend SHO.”

“Arrived in half the packaging and damaged. Unfortunately it was thrown in the bin by someone else before I could get photos so I was denied a refund or sent a new one but given a discount to purchase a new one. No chance, I’m out of pocket without a bottle and I’m not paying again to get another one. Really disappointed.”
