“This is my third sho bottle. I just love them! Fantastic quality and keep water ice cold for hours. Really like the new 2.0 design as the bottom is flatter and the bottle isn’t as smooth which makes it easier to hold.”

“I absolutely LOVE my SHO bottle! I take it everywhere with me, even to bed. It really does keep your drink cold for probably even longer than 24 hours. It's so handy for work, I have a chilled water dispenser to I use to fill the bottle up several times a day. I can say that the bottle is very durable too as I accidentally dropped it down a metal staircase (and caused the mightiest of bangs) and the results were the tiniest of dents and a couple of paint chips. I would have been devastated if I'd have caused more damage but that would have been a good excuse to buy a 2.0. I want one in every colour and size! I'll have to think ahead next time and buy one of the protective sleeves to protect my bottle from my butterfingers.
My experience with SHO customer service has also been excellent. Everyone is so positive and friendly, it gives me a warm feeling inside. It's so nice to be able to support a local business :)”
“Got this for my partner at Christmas from Sho's Amazon account. Sadly the bottle doesn't keep the hot water hot for more than 2 hours and the cold water lasts for approx double that.
Product looks the part but doesn't perform as advertised for me. Would have returned the item but have already used it.
