“Unfortunately the bottle we received was tarnished inside. However, customer service were brilliant and dispatched a replacement almost immediately. The bottle itself is very good, love the matte finish and feel. It retains heat, keeping boiled water very hot for many hours. We have boiling water in our bottle overnight so we can make formula for our little one without having to leave our room or boil a kettle. Absolutely brilliant!”
