“I really needed to drink more water but hate 'warm' or 'room temperature ' water and I have to admit to being too lazy to keep getting up out of my chair to get small glasses of cold water. My SHO bottle is fab - I keep it on the windowsill next to my chair (at eye level) so every time it catches my eye I take a drink of nice cold water. Just what I needed.”
