“it had a small scratch on the bottle when I received it from the packaging. For something as premium as this with engraving, I expected with no flaws”

Hi Ross, Thanks for your review! Unfortunately, personalised order do take slightly longer to arrive - my apologies for this! We do advise on our website that an engraved item can take up to 7 working days to be engraved and dispatched. I can see that you're order arrived in this time period. I hope you love your new bottle :) Best wishes, Ellie
