“Had many flasks/ cups in the past but this is the first one that keeps my tea really hot. As a Community nurse I carry a flask of tea in my car daily and it’s hot right throughout the day.”

“Top does not fit the bottle. Replacement top sent which also does not fit but does fit another 500ml SHO bottle. Therefore it must be the bottle. Am awaiting a reply from customer services.”
