I have purchased several times from Sho and each product has arrived quickly. I tend to be clumsy and drop my bottle a lot but this holds up really well without taking any of the patten off (only a small dent on the bottom where I dropped this down the stairs). The children all love their bottles and the fun designs get them to drink much more water. We have not had any leaks from the straw lids. I cannot recommend Sho more to anyone. Brilliant products and amazing customer service. Do not hesitate to buy.”
