“After buying many products and being really happy with them, I decided to buy my about to be 1 year old one of the children's bottles. Unfortunately, the straw lid was broken upon arrival, but between me sending an email and sho asking for a photo, my husband, unfortunately, threw the broken one in the bin while cleaning up. Sho have told me because I no longer have it, they won't do anything about it thus making the bottle completely unusable because a baby cannot use the normal bottle opening. I also feel like like if the lid gets broken so easily during transit it does make me feel concerned about the longevity of it with children. I won't be buying from them again and will be purchasing my bottles from alternative vendors like Chilly in the future.”
