“I ordered the children's dinosaur bottle with the straw lid. It arrived quickly and looked great! Unfortunately the straw lid didn't work as well as I expected. I emailed customer service to se if this was a common fault and without even asking they offered to send a replacement straw lid which I was very happy with. This also arrived quickly and worked perfectly. My son loves his new bottle and I cannot fault the customer service.”

“My granddaughter loved drinking from bottle so I got her her own one. Lovely dinosaur print and the straw is great, it's a great size and I love how cold it stays. Love it!”
