“Bought the smaller 260ml bottles for my daughter and I, after having 500ml bottles from other brands. Left mine in the car all day and my water was still cold - really impressed. Also, the smaller bottle is a much better fit for my daughter's school bag. So good I've just bought another.”

“Had a problem with my fortis bottle as it was getting hot on the outside to hold,so sent in an email to let Sho know my problem & they have replaced my bottle as it was faulty, excellent customer service.”

“The product (Original 2.0) is great, performs exactly as it is supposed to. It really does keep liquids cool for hours. The ordering process on SHO website is fine, my only issue is the number of emails I was bombarded with post-ordering. Not a huge deal but unnecessary.”
