I'm really sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the size of your engraving.
Unfortunately, due to the curvature of the bottle and the equipment used, our engraver only has a small space to work with (the same width as our SHO logo) before this starts to effect the text so they will fit the engraving to that area as big as possible but they won't be able to make it larger/smaller upon request - my apologies for this!
Our logo is 35mm x 50mm so our engraving will be the same size as this.
We do advise of this in our FAQs on our website so it sounds like you may have missed this. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
