The contemporary Chalford Summerhouse is a stunning design updating the traditional summerhouse into a modern garden room. The high quality double doors open out to the front with a small canopy over and there are large side windows. The windows and doors are fitted with acrylic safety glazing and are joinery made in a storm resistant design. The doors are also fitted with a mortice lock. The building is constructed on strong 44 mm square framing and clad with planed shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, certified sustainably sourced, northern European pine. The roof is 12mm plywood sheet with mineral roof felt supplied to complete the exterior and the floor is T&G. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
