The 8' x 8' Oxhill summerhouse is a superb way of making the most of what can be a boring part of the garden or patio! Designed to fit neatly into the corner, the Oxhill makes a perfect retreat. The building has two, joinery quality, opening windows and fully glazed, large double doors allowing plenty of light; all glazing is glass. It is constructed on 34mm square framing and clad with planed 12mm Shiplap tongue and groove boards made only from the highest grade, slow grown, certified sustainably sourced northern European pine. The roof and floor are tongued and grooved timber. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
