This lovely corner house is manufactured from high grade, certified sustainably sourced northern European pine. The roof and floor are tongued and grooved timber. The shed door has a padbolt to the door and the summerhouse features a traditional gate latch. Dipped base coat preservative ready for you to top coat.When siting, allowance should be made for the roof overhang and for access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. Please refer to plan drawing for door and window (if applicable) layout and accurate metric dimensions. All products are guaranteed for 1 year from delivery, additionally the products will have a 10 year rot resistance guarantee. Both elements of the guarantee require compliance with the manufacturers guidelines.
