on the web site i purchase a 10ft x 5ft shed but i got a 9ft x 5ft shed for the same money. Shed Hinges are galvanised But door bolts are black . shed floor is just like pallets . ie gaps were insects can crawl through. shed door look like they been cut with Axe not a saw.

After having a ‘buy or build’ dilemma, I ultimately decided to buy to save time. The shed was very easy to put together and took less than a day to construct, even on my own. However, the quality is not great for nearly £700. None of the panels were square. In my opinion the gauge of the screws was too small for the purpose, particularly for the floor. The shiplap was a nice enough finish on the outside but very thin and full of knot holes. Ultimately the shed dimensions were smaller than stated; my 9ft x 5th shed was more like 8ft 8in x 4ft 8in external dimensions and an even smaller usable space inside obviously. Overall it’s fine, solid enough and looks nice. However, if you’ve got tools, some basic DIY skills and can be bothered to source materials separately, you could probably build a much better quality shed for less.

The quality seems good and I suspect this shed will last for a long time. The instructions and parts don't quite match each other though. I had to purchase an extra box of 70mm screws and have tonnes of 35mm left over. I also only had enough roof felt to do 2 runs with a much smaller overlap than suggested. The instructions said I needed to do 3.
