“Hello, I unpacked the shed today and was disappointed at what I found. > The panels have been sandwiched on a pallet and screwed together then cross-braced with a couple of bits of timber and several panels have sustained damage as a result. > A couple of the wall panels are badly warped, probably due to the way they were screwed together on the pallet, with one end curved by ~20mm - 25mm. > One of the bearers (for screwing to the ends of the floors is too badly bowed to be able to fit. > Some of the tongue (of the T&G/shiplap) is broken off, which compromises the weatherproofing. > etc. etc. > Some pictures attached. For reference, my order number is: 1101725 I will be contacting you via email to discuss either a a return/refund or replacement, as I should not be expected to fix your mistakes.”

“Ordering was quick and easy, delivery prompt with very helpful driver. Upon unpacking I was disappointed that the instructions were only accessed online - this made it really hard to follow on a phone screen throughout the build process. The pieces were not labelled in any way and this would have been useful especially as there was no actual contents list outlined either. We had 8 extra slats of wood that were not required which meant we were left wondering if we had missed something! We also didn’t have enough screws, we were missing a pack but luckily we had spares of our own. Also the sides of the shed had small wooden blocks screwed to them - after a lot of deliberating we finally assumed they were attached there for the transportation of the shed rather than anything to do with the shed build - this would have been useful to know and would have saved us a lot of time! Now the shed is built we’re very pleased with it but the process would have been much better with specific instructions for my exact shed size and type and on paper!”

“Fairly easy to put up once you get your head around the instructions. Good quality but some of the nails in the wood either missed its correct destination or not put in properly.”

“I wrote a long review of Sheds.co.uk with my experience. But in short: - Poorly built - Doesn't fit together well - Panels are inconsistent sizes - Some panels are warped and not fully square - Feather boards don't line up between panels. - Roof a poor fit - Roof front and sides cut incorrectly. Don't expect a painless assembly, you'll need to modify bits to make it fit well. It is quite cheap, but in future I'll pay more and get something that actually fits together.”
