“Tried calling to order as I had a couple of questions about delivery and the configuration of the modules etc. Couldn't get through on the phone - despite trying several times, my call kept getting timed out/cut off. Having done a lot of research, I decided to go ahead and order anyway. Received confirmation email quickly but despite it saying that delivery would be within two days, absolutely no communication at all. Tried calling, no answer. Finally emailed and got a reply saying she'd would be delivered 'tomorrow'. Therefore had to rearrange plans. Shed was delivered on a pallet, couldn't get through my front gate. So driver left it on the pavement. At 66 years old, as a female, I therefore had to unpack the damn thing and carry each panel in myself as my landscaper was unavailable. Nearly killed me. Seriously not impressed. The shed itself seems decent although one or two of the cladding strips are split, I'll have to replace those but shouldn't be too difficult.Framing is sturdy, Would I order again? Not sure. Unlikely if I couldn't speak to a human first. It's still not been put up but I'll paint it prior to erection.”
