“My first time I tried it with UHT skimmed milk and it was gorgeous. Then I did a 50:50 UHT and water. Then my third time it was just water. I have to say, even with just water it's a gorgeous shake. I have now bought some unsweetened coconut milk and I plan to try that as it's much lower in calories and carbs than UHT skimmed milk.”
