“Just as tasty as a regular healthy chocolate bar in my opinion. These are very satisfying and are a great option when out and about. These are not as filling as say the shakes or noodles, but when drank with a lot of water can be very satisfying. I recommend these as a midday snack, or even with a cup of black coffee at the end of the day”
