“I managed to lose 2.5 stones between Sept -Dec 2024 using shake the weight products. Slimming world/weight watchers hadn't worked for me so I thought I was just stuck, a post menopausal lady with an under active thyroid, not a great combination. I found out what my basic metabolic rate was via the internet, so I knew my basic calories my body needed a day to work so I then knew what the calorie deficit would be for me to lose 1 to 2 lb per week. I downloaded an app to track my daily calories and then incorporated my chocolate shakes/ soups/ bars into my day. I divided my calories so I knew how many I could have for breakfast,lunch,tea and a snack at supper time. With working I found it easier to just replace lunch with either a shake/ soups/ bars and used fruit and salad/veg to make my calories up to the 350 calories I allowed myself for lunch. I found the chocolate shake gave me the chocolate fix I craved which made my eating plan easier. I still have my lunch shake now and keep an eye on my calories as I am now aware what calories are in what food so I can make informed decisions, so I am just maintaining now but feel so much better for the weight loss. You can be stricter and replace more meals as there is a good choice of breakfasts,meals etc but this worked for me and it was easy and not very expensive and easy to continue with.”
