“I am still on my first pack. I was slightly disappointed I didn't receive the shaker bottle with this so I actually ordered one myself. If using ice cold water I recommend using a bit more than 250ml just so it doesn't sediment in the bottom. So far enjoying the taste but is early days to see any results. I am a woman 50+ just for the record.”
