“Though four meal replacement products a day do stave off the hunger pangs, I'm in the habit of munching on crisps in the evening (probably why I need to diet!). These protein crisps fit that bill nicely, at only 100 calories I don't feel like I'm 'breaking' the diet, but I still have something to nibble on of an evening. It makes the meal replacement diet feel a bit less restrictive which in turn helps me stick with the programme. I call that a win! :)”
