“Doing the total plan for two weeks has given me a chance to try out so many different meal replacements. I am convinced there is something for everyone. I personally prefer the meals, such as the curry noodles or the spag bol and the breakfast items to the shakes, but the caramel biscuit shake is a definite favourite nd I still have loads left to try!”
“These are working really well for me. I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks. Everything tastes great and it’s good having actual food to eat. The only thing is I do get a bit of an upset tummy on some of the chocolate based things, but I think that’s a me thing rather than a product thing”
