“Poor customer service, Donna Middleton the customer support operative was unwilling to allow me to add to my order, which was £0.01p away from the minimum order value to receive a free cutting kit. She wanted me to place another order for £25 or over to receive the free kit, or buy the cutting kit as a stand alone product. As a first time purchaser that was trying out shadow foam for the first time, after the service I received I will no longer be using this product.”

Hi Chris Apologies you're not happy with your inserts, and we're really sorry you feel that way, but to clarify. As your order was £2.50 under the value for the free basic cutting pack incentive, we explained that this was the reason there was no free cutting pack added to your order, and instead suggested you add an item from our extras store (options starting from just £3.33) which as well as being useful for your project would have taken your basket to the minimum level to receive the free pack. We're a small business Anthony and love to offer things like our free UK shipping and free incentives wherever we can, as we want to make our customer's experience the best we can. But orders do need to meet the minimum spend criteria to qualify and we are clear and transparent about those levels. Sorry it didn't work out for you on this occasion, and thanks for the feedback.
