“It is good to have a full kit, including some tools to install the scalpels and enough scalpels for a couple of jobs. I think it is a good idea to switch out for a new scalpel faster than you would expect... The gloves work fine, but are a bit cumbersome when performing other actions, so I tend to take them off (for the pulling for instance) and then forget to put them on again.”
