“I am not sure if I got a faulty sample or not but the layers were so strongly bonded together that after cutting around an object I could not peel a clean layer away. This meant I had an uneven surface everytime.”

Hi Colin It won't be a faulty sample, but there are definitely techniques for cutting and peeling that will get you better results. Have a watch of these "How to" guides and have another go.... https://www.shadowfoam.com/how-to/ Let us know if you need any more help though. Thanks

“I ordered a sample and although I could see people getting 4 different coloured foam I myself only got one colour the blue. I am reviewing is the blue as I don’t know what the difference is with the colours. The item was much thicker then I expected and a nice size for a sample. I got a sticker the scalpel knife and blades, however I did not receive the £5 voucher in my box like others did maybe they are not doing this now. I was very impressed and as a person who does craft I can see myself ordering some and cutting out sections for my mica/bead tubes. It’s nice to see a company who offer a nice size sample I loved the thickness even to help soundproof your room and use them as storage. I would definitely recommend getting a sample and seeing for yourself, I was impressed and would recommend them to others.”

Hi Moni Apologies - the first we heard of this is when you posted here or we could have got a replacement out to you. It does look like the postal service took their time in getting your sample to you but I can see it was delivered to you a few days ago so I'll pop you an email with the tracking through just in case.
