Schoffel's Tilton 1/4 zip Fleece the perfect stylish and cosy mid layer or outer layer. Featuring a zip pull closure at the neck trimmed with our signature alcantara, this fleece is perfectly versatile to be worn over a shirt, under a coat or simply over a t-shirt or cami to keep away the chill. It is quick drying and breathable, making it ideal insulation for a day spent in the field. When buying a Tilton ¼ zip please bear in mind this is a slimmer fitting garment and in some cases, you may need to buy up a size. Model is a UK size 8 and is wearing a UK size 10.

“I found Tilton fleece very difficult to get on and off so would advise to go up a size. Alternative is to purchase full zip Burghley fleece.”

“I have been wearing these for many years and I have noticed that the quality has really dropped off recently. Also, the change of a double zip is actually quite annoying compared to the stopper zip as previously used.”

“When buying I recommend sizing up they run small. Why they do size 22 in the gilets and full zip fleeces and why not in the 1/4 zip in beyond me.”
