“They were efficient, informative and very polite in dealing with our requirements. Web remote access signal testing was done ahead to ensure a good connection. The URL streaming link, provided beforehand, ensured that those around the world could test their access well in advance. On the day, Mr Schmittat performed well almost as unseen in the background. The video transmission, even when we were on the move to the burial spot, was clear and steady. We were delighted with the result and now have downloaded both videos and stills and placed them on our own web photosite for those family and friends, not able attend the service, could see at a later date. The recordings are also independantly made available via the Schmittat Ltd URL supplied link for as long as you like, set as either private of public. I would recommend anyone wanting a streaming or simply a recording service for any occasion to at least discuss their needs with Mr Scmittat. I was glad that we did.”
“I’m generally not one for providing reviews but had to do one for Schmittat. They provided an excellent livestream service for my family. I watched back the recording of the livestream immediately after my mother’s funeral mass, prior to editing and saw the whole footage from beginning to end.
My family and I were so deeply moved by how Moritz captured the day in such an unobtrusive way. Family and friends unable to attend in person felt like they were in the church with us, they could really sense the emotion.
Moritz was punctual and very accommodating of our needs. The steady camera he used meant that the filming of my mother’s hearse and procession as it left our street was steady. No wobbly camera footage you’d normally get when walking and filming! Most of the time we forgot he was there as he just blends into the background.
The picture and sound quality was also crystal clear.
The final edit was great as it cut out the gaps in filming on the day and made the footage seamless.

“We could not be more positive about Moritz's work at my father's funeral. He filmed at the graveside (it was a burial) and then at an event with speeches and music in my parents' garden. We were very nervous about doing a livestream due to concerns about it being obtrusive, but in fact this wasn't an issue at all - Moritz was very inconspicuous. The quality of the broadcast was excellent and we were very surprised at how many people either joined online at the time, or viewed the videos afterwards. We felt that it made the funeral significantly more effective as a way of remembering my father. A final comment is that Moritz is a really nice guy. Very highly recommended.”
