“I order the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner and only received the conditioner even though I paid for both items via PayPal, tried to contact the company and had no response on how to get a refund, not happy as Iv paid for items Iv not received, would not recommend using this company!!”
“My hair has never been in better condition!! My hair was so bad & when I was washing it, the amount of hair that I lost was unreal but I think it was more breakage than anything as I was noticing really sort parts which had not been cut that short. Even after the 1st use I noticed there was no where near as much coming out as there used to be. My hair feels stronger & it's looks healthy which is something I've always struggled with. It does seem pricey compared to every day shampoo but you literally need the tinyiest amount as it's quite thick but spreads easily. I also use the conditioner. Will definately be continuing with these products. I'd fell out of love with my hair for a long long time but now I'm excited to see how it turns out after continued use”
