“Perfume is fine and what I was after asa gift. However hugely disappointed with whoever they use as their postal courier as I found a very soggy, damaged box at the side of my house after a full night of heavy rain. No information had been put through my door to say that my package had arrived.
The results of this meant the actual perfume box was really damaged from water, also not having a plastic wrapping over the perfume box you can imagine the state.
I am now having to give this Christmas gift box less as it looks terrible. Also had to clean the bottle itself as was muddy and wet from the puddle it had been left in.
Thoroughly disappointed.”
