“I was very pleased with the service, price of the item I bought (better than everywhere else) and the speed of the delivery, especially at Christmas. However, the product I bought came in a beautiful black gift box with a transparent plastic sleeve around it with the details of the products on the back. This sleeve was so scuffed and marked that it was barely see through anymore. The product did not even look new due to amount of damage to its outer packaging. I couldn't present the gift with this part of the packaging on so I have had to remove it. for the price of this Armani gift box I would definitely expect packaging I am happy to present, this looked as if t had been kicked around a warehouse floor!”
