“This was a birthday gift to a lady of 80 years. The shawl from not removed from its wrapping so difficult to assess quality of item but the 'birthday girl' was very appreciative of the gift. Pleased that the shawl arrived in a cardboard box and not 'rolled up' in a plastic bag.”
